Our Services
One of the most cost-efficient approaches Bridgecorp offers for completing civil projects is the design-build method. Here, the owner contracts with a single entity, Bridgecorp, to complete both the design and earthwork construction |
phases of the project. Bridgecorp, in turn, leads a team of construction contractors and civil design firms to interweave the design, permitting, and earthwork construction schedules—avoiding the time often lost in a traditional
design-bid-build approach.
can be summed up in these four business strategies:

Come to a Bridgecorp worksite, and you’ll see a large scoreboard. On it, we post our daily goals for safety, productivity, and quality, so that everyone on the crew sees exactly what we’re shooting for. And every day, our teams know they’ve reached the goal when the Bridgecorp “smiley face” appears on the board. Fortunately, our team has become addicted to seeing those smiley faces.
Have you ever worked for someone who held you responsible for the bottom line, yet gave you no real power to improve it? At Bridgecorp, we take the opposite tack. Our “open accounting” policy with our field crew allows them to know the real numbers so they can make informed decisions about labor, scheduling, equipment, and materials.

You’ll never see any piece of earthmoving equipment on our sites more than 5 years old. Some of our machines are much newer—like our computerized dozers, which read an Autocad program and allow our operators to follow the design plans flawlessly, using GPS technology. At Bridgecorp, downtime due to equipment failure is simply not an option.
For some of our clients, the bottom line is spending as little money as possible. For others, they’re willing to pay more for the assurance that the work will be performed on time, on budget, and on target.
Frankly, we prefer the second type of client. And those clients enjoy working with us. That’s because we understand that successful earthwork construction isn’t just about shaping the ground. It’s about shaping great working relationships. Our supervisory staff is uncommonly good at understanding our clients’ objectives, and carrying those out.
